1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is incomplete or missing parts.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Clearance, promotional, or sale items (unless damaged or defective).
- Customized or special-order products.
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be transferred via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges for:
- Wrong items received.
- Defective products.
- Products damaged during shipping.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product), RizTechHardware will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order placed by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return after delivery if the product meets our return eligibility requirements.
